Perio Health Ambassador

We are a specialty medical device and pharmaceutical distributor. We are committed to providing exceptional service and brand awareness to thousands of dental and oral surgery clinics that we serve in Canada. We represent leading brands in their respective categories.

Perio Health Ambassadors interact with current Arestin and BioGaia clients while prospecting and acquiring new ones.

Compensation: 50K \xe2\x80\x93 80K+ (Base, Incentive and transportation allowance, incentive uncapped)

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Create, work, and win opportunities through an Integrity based sales approach
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and existing customers
• Represent the company at tradeshows and other sponsored events
• Achieve monthly sales goals and activity targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media to increase brand awareness
• Monitor competitive environments and track market requirements relating to the company\'s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Science Team in education strategies to grow prospects and customers
• Organize and perform product training virtually and in person with clinics
• 25% of the time in the field in front of customers.

• Dental experience is preferable (ie. sales representative, dental assistant, hygienist)
• Self-starter, organized, and detail oriented
• Works well both independently and within a team environment
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
• Familiar with mobile CRM system
• Sales experience in business-to-business environment is an asset
