Perinatal Mental Health Therapist

Waterdown, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

We are a fast growing private mental health clinic based in Waterdown Ontario. Our mission is simple - to deliver evidenced based psychotherapy aligned with leading healthcare organizations while ensuring an efficient business structure to support our clients and staffs wellness needs.

Lotus was founded on the belief that a great work environment is a crucial aspect to practicing and delivering psychotherapy. We believe in the value of teamwork, leaning on and supporting one another as needed and as we would like to be supported ourselves. Open and respectful communication is an essential vessel of our team culture. Lotus's environment is designed to create a workplace where hard work and enjoyment can coexist. Opportunities to be creative and spearhead additional revenue generation services in line with the company's values are always received with curiosity and feedback. Unlike 'classical' healthcare setting environments, we believe in 'removing the ceiling' to create multiple options to generate income in the business, besides simply "working more". Our 'work smarter' mentality is intended to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset in our staff. We encourage and support ongoing professional development, new ideas for the business and work life balance. All of the clinical staff receive monthly supervision and ongoing clinical support as needed. We encourage our staff to apply for our education grants to pursue their professional passions and ongoing development.
