Your role

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work within the Performance group at Cossette Media. The Performance group is composed of subject matter experts (SMEs) who develop and manage world-class strategies in the areas of paid search (SEM), paid social and emerging platforms. Working closely with our media planning teams, the Performance group is mandated to generate measurable results for our clients' businesses. We are the owners and champions of the products. We drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement and operations.

What you will do

Develop and implement innovative search strategies for our clients. Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice Manage and optimize campaigns across search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Google Search Ads 360) primarily for Latin America market Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on precise insights. Work closely with internal teams (strategy, planning, data) to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns. Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices. Monitor trends and new developments in the field of search. Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.

What you bring

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms. Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the main search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Google Search Ads 360). Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools. Ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations. A didactic spirit and enjoy passing on your knowledge and skills to others. Certification: Google Search required. Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiatives and manage several projects simultaneously. Experience in media for the latin america is an advantage Trilinguisme (portuguese/english/french)
