Position Summary:
The Performance Planning & Optimisation Director is part of the Performance Planning & Optimisation team reporting to the Head of Performance Planning & Optimisation. The Performance Director is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives. This role involves planning and overseeing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing key performance indicators, and using data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign efficiency.
They work optimize budgets, communicate regularly with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach. This concerns support in the development of these ways of work and templates itself and the positioning of them within the Initiative / UM & CS Teams working for (Including Comms Design, Craft teams and Analytics team). As well as towards the external stakeholders.
In addition, the Performance Director is expected to challenge digital media plans. In this role the Performance Director will attend briefing and strategy sessions with the client and will consult on topics such as cross channel testing opportunities and full funnel digital (audience) strategy.
