Performance Marketing Specialist Canadian Down & Feather Company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize all programmatic media campaigns. The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for: Campaign Development: \xc2\xb7 Planning data-driven paid media campaigns across multiple markets according to company goals and brand guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Planning for launches and testing in new markets. \xc2\xb7 Working collaboratively with internal e-commerce and marketing teams, as well as external partners to identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and design campaigns that align with brand strategy and support a seamless experience across channels. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the brand is represented well and consistently across all platforms. \xc2\xb7 Preparing to launch ad hoc strategic campaigns in response to consumer trends and market changes. \xc2\xb7 Remaining ahead of the curve, with a pulse on the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising. Campaign Execution and Management: \xc2\xb7 Performing day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of ongoing campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting issues with campaign delivery, display, functionality, or reporting. \xc2\xb7 Working within allocated budgets, scaling spend accordingly. Testing and Optimization: \xc2\xb7 Striving for continuous performance improvement. \xc2\xb7 Developing and implement testing strategies, including creative, copy and keyword testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies. \xc2\xb7 Using A/B testing to confirm hypotheses. \xc2\xb7 Optimizing for the ideal ROAS, a positive ROI, and the generation of cost-effective, high quality leads. Analytics and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Defining and measuring KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. \xc2\xb7 Building and automating dashboards and reporting to monitor performance. \xc2\xb7 Compiling, integrating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring data integrity and proper tracking, tagging and attribution. A successful Performance Marketing Specialist: \xc2\xb7 Has hands-on performance marketing experience in an in-house or agency setting for CPG companies. \xc2\xb7 Has in-platform Google AdWords and Amazon Ads experience. \xc2\xb7 Has experience with PPC campaign execution, reporting and day-to-day optimization (search, display, social). \xc2\xb7 Has strong organization and record-keeping skills. \xc2\xb7 Understands best SEO practices, especially as they relate to supporting the success of paid campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Has a strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, metrics-driven marketing, and SEM. \xc2\xb7 Is proactive and self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 Is attentive to detail and can multitask in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. \xc2\xb7 Has excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively synthesize and articulate findings, hypotheses, and rationales. \xc2\xb7 Has strong quantitative analysis skills. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be poised for growth after: \xc2\xb7 Driving a positive ROI and demonstrating good financial performance. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating the ability to develop the infrastructure and framework to continue building the department. \xc2\xb7 Gaining experience working in other departments including manufacturing, shipping, and customer service. \xc2\xb7 Prioritizing working in-office whenever possible. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating an extensive understanding of the company, products, people, industry and competitive landscape. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating an understanding of, but irreverence toward traditionally accepted best practices and norms. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating critical and out-of-the-box thinking skills, curiosity, and open-mindedness. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
