This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Business performance Controlling Intern you will be responsible for:

• You will provide support to business administration and controlling services over the Canadian organization
• Maintenance and monitoring of effective tools for headcount and cost center planning, reporting and controlling
• In-depth analysis of cost received as global allocations (IT, Real Estate, Global Functions) for CAN, provide transparency on cost drivers and build up cost bridges
• Create new and improve existing financial dashboards, e.g., on T&E-expenses, using Excel or any other business intelligence tool
• Ensure transparency, analysis, and effective communication to internal stakeholders on allocated cost, SG&A, COGS and headcount
• Evaluate and drive implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline and simplify existing workflows

• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Development of Finance reports and dashboards in Excel, seeking process optimization
• Excellent professional judgement and problem-solving competence
• Experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis and visualization, automation and digitalization are preferred (Excel, macros, Microsoft PowerApps suite, etc.)

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Preferably with bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in finance, Business Administration or related area
