Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?Our Performance & Process Improvement group are currently looking to add a Performance Analyst to their team here in St. John\'s, NL.What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating initiatives to optimize productivity and effectiveness within a multidisciplined organization
  • Administering and supporting productivity tools including Tableau/ Power BI, AKIMS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
  • Supporting the technical and business support teams with data analysis
  • Preparing and coordinating internal and stakeholder reporting requirements (i.e. performance reporting, cost & forecast reporting, various KPIs, etc.)
  • Analyzing project information to identify trends, cost reduction opportunities, and improvements
We think you should have:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in an engineering discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or construction environment
  • Proficient in Data Analytical tools (e.g. Tableau/ Power BI) and common database structures (e.g. Oracle, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Lists)
  • Aptitude for new technology and effectively managing change, and strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills, as well as effective oral and technical business writing/communication skills
