DescriptionOur team and what we\'ll accomplish togetherThe Performance Analysis Consultant will have the opportunity to connect with people as enthusiastic about data and analytics as you are by joining the Churn & Base Management Insights team!The Churn & Base Management Insights team works with a wide array of data and teams across the company to ensure TELUS is making the right choices for both our organization and our customer base, with access to cutting-edge analytics tools and the support needed to deliver exceptional results. The Performance Analysis Consultant will share recommendations and data insights for initiatives across the entire TELUS consumer product portfolio - wireless subscriptions, internet, TV services, security products and more.What you\'ll doThe Performance Analysis Consultant will develop and present key insights concerning the performance of TELUS\' consumer product base to stakeholders and leaders as part of the broader Strategy & Data Insights organization. The dashboards, forecasts, reports and insights you share will influence the future of our organization, inform our business decisions, and provide our partner teams the tools they can depend on to help make the future friendly.QualificationsWhat you bring

• Strong storyteller, communicator and collaborator; able to build relationships with audiences at all levels including senior leadership
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills; able to thoughtfully interpret large volumes of data, then convey insights and recommendations in a clear manner through email, video calls, and slides
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience, 8+ years
• Google Cloud Platform experience, particularly BigQuery, 2+ years
• Data visualization experience with Tableau or Looker - 4+ years
• Expert Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheet experience, 8+ years
• Experience in a market insights role, accounting role or other proven experience in a related position
• An eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new software tools and business needs on an ongoing basis
• 7+ years of experience in business and/or marketing strategy
• English (verbal and written) skills are required for this opportunity

• GitHub experience
• Pulumi / Infrastructure as Code experience
• SAS Enterprise Guide or SAS Base experience, 1+ years
• Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or a Computer Science field

Salary Range: $82,000-$122,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
