Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Feed/Reels/Stories, YouTube In-Stream/In-Feed)
Audience research, funnel mapping, and retargeting strategy
Creative briefing, A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, copy, CTAs)
Daily optimization: bids, budgets, keywords, placements, creatives
Conversion tracking setup and QA (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
Performance analysis, reporting, and insights with clear next actions
Landing page CRO recommendations
Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPA/ROAS
Required Skills
2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (YouTube required)
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and tracking
Proven results: lead gen and/or eCommerce
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Copy sense for ads + creative testing frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience with high budgets ($30k+/month)
Knowledge of Looker Studio dashboards
Familiarity with CRM integrations and offline conversions
Experience in automotive, local services, or lead gen
