L'equipe People Programs Delivery (PPD) du service People Services est chargee de garantir la disponibilite des services a l'echelle mondiale, de promouvoir l'excellence operationnelle et de soutenir la formation, la mise en oeuvre et la conformite au sein de nos organisations People Experience (PEX) et People & Places (PPL). En tant que responsable de la mise en oeuvre des programmes RH, vous jouerez un role essentiel dans la mise en oeuvre et l'optimisation des programmes, processus et pratiques RH/People a l'echelle mondiale. Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les centres d'excellence (COE), les equipes interfonctionnelles et les parties prenantes de l'ensemble de l'organisation afin de garantir la reussite des programmes, l'efficacite operationnelle et une experience employe de classe mondiale. Votre travail contribuera a faire le lien entre les objectifs strategiques et leur mise en oeuvre a grande echelle, creant ainsi un impact durable pour les employes d'Autodesk a travers le monde.
Ce poste sera rattache au directeur principal de la mise en oeuvre des programmes RH et sera entierement a distance au Canada ou hybride, base dans l'un de nos bureaux canadiens ou en Irlande.
ResponsabilitesDiriger la mise en oeuvre des programmes RH mondiaux en partenariat avec les COE et les parties prenantes commerciales, en veillant a l'alignement avec les objectifs et les priorites de l'organisation Elaborer et executer des plans de gestion du changement et de preparation a la prestation de services pour les programmes, processus et pratiques mondiaux nouveaux et en evolution Surveiller les performances des programmes et les indicateurs de prestation de services, en utilisant les donnees et les informations pour favoriser l'amelioration continue Recueillir et partager les commentaires des employes et des parties prenantes afin d'ameliorer la conception et la mise en oeuvre des programmes Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des programmes de formation et de communication pour les equipes People Services et PEX afin de garantir une adoption coherente et efficace des programmes Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations des processus afin d'accroitre l'efficacite et l'experience des employes Diriger et participer a des retrospectives afin d'evaluer les resultats des programmes et de soutenir les ameliorations iteratives Soutenir l'execution des projets mondiaux en accordant une attention particuliere a l'attenuation des risques, a l'engagement des parties prenantes et a l'excellence de la prestation Anticiper et gerer les repercussions en aval des changements sur les personnes, les programmes, les processus et les politiques afin de garantir un deploiement et une adoption sans heurts Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les centres d'excellence et les parties prenantes afin d'identifier les opportunites et d'apporter des ameliorations operationnelles qui generent une valeur mesurable Promouvoir les nouvelles idees, les nouveaux outils et les nouvelles technologies qui automatisent, rationalisent ou ameliorent les programmes et les flux de travail lies aux ressources humaines Etablir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes en identifiant leurs besoins et en les traduisant en solutions evolutives et centrees sur l'utilisateur

Qualifications minimalesLicence ou experience equivalente Au moins 3 ans d'experience pertinente dans la gestion de programmes RH/ressources humaines, avec un accent particulier sur la mise en oeuvre et l'amelioration d'initiatives mondiales et de l'experience des employes Solide experience dans l'amelioration des processus et l'excellence operationnelle Capacite averee a gerer des projets complexes et des priorites concurrentes dans un environnement dynamique Excellentes competences en communication, en gestion des parties prenantes et en influence a tous les niveaux et dans toutes les zones geographiques Esprit analytique et capacite a traduire les donnees en informations exploitables Experience dans l'etablissement de partenariats interfonctionnels et l'obtention de resultats grace a la collaboration A l'aise pour travailler dans differents fuseaux horaires et cultures, avec une mentalite internationale Maitrise de Microsoft Office Suite, des plateformes RH et des outils de collaboration (par exemple, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Miro)

Position Overview
The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team in People Services is responsible for ensuring global service delivery readiness, driving operational excellence, and supporting training, enablement, and compliance across our People Experience (PEX) and People & Places (PPL) organizations. We strive to align priorities across PEX and PPL, foster collaboration, and deliver outstanding employee experiences through continuous improvement and program excellence. As a People Programs Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery and optimization of global HR/People programs, processes, and practices. You will partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure program success, operational efficiency, and a world-class employee experience. Your work will help bridge strategic objectives with scalable execution, creating lasting impact for Autodeskers globally.
This position will report to the Sr Manager, People Programs Delivery and will be 100% remote in Canada or hybrid, based out of one of our Canadian offices or Ireland.
ResponsibilitiesLead global People/HR program delivery in partnership with COEs and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities Develop and execute change management and service delivery readiness plans for new and evolving global programs, processes, and practices Monitor program performance and service delivery metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement Gather and share employee and stakeholder experience feedback to enhance program design and delivery Design and deliver enablement, training, and communications for People Services and PEX teams to ensure consistent and effective program adoption Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both efficiency and employee experience Lead and participate in retrospectives to evaluate program outcomes and support iterative improvements Support global project execution with strong attention to risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence Anticipate and manage the downstream impacts of change across people, programs, processes, policies to ensure seamless rollout and adoption Partner closely with COEs and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver operational improvements that drive measurable value Champion new ideas, tools, and technologies that automate, streamline or enhance People/HR programs and workflows Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders by using their needs and translating them into scalable, user-centric solutions

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant experience in HR/People program management, with a focus on delivering and improving global initiatives and employee experience Strong track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels and geographies Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience in building cross-functional partnerships and delivering results through collaboration Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with a global-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom, Miro)
