Key Responsibilities:





o Provide support and coaching to managers on employee-related issues.


o Assist with the creation and implementation of People Function-focused and company-based policies and procedures.


o Deliver support, including driving the annual People Function cycle and providing tactical and operational guidance and coaching to leaders on all People Function matters.


o Act as first point of contact for an assigned group of leaders with employee related Issues Including, but not limited to: performance, harassment, wage & hour concerns, leaves of absence, injuries, onboarding, terminations, attendance, Investigations, and disciplinary actions.


o Assist with the implementation of department and company goals, objectives , policies, and procedures. Manage company-wide performance management process , including Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions. Partner with People Business Partners on the implementation of the People Strategy.


o Conduct employee investigations: gather witness statements, make recommendations regarding next steps.


o Assist with company-wide harassment and leader/employee development training programs.


o Occasional travel to visit additional sites as appropriate to conduct training, investigations, engagement activities, etc.


o Ensure compliance with various state and federal wage/hour laws, signage, postings, etc.


o Perform tasks and duties of a strategic nature and scope as required .





Qualifications:





o 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or similar role in a related industry; multi-site experience preferred.


o Bilingual - English and French is required


o Proven experience in leading project implementations


o Advanced experience in HRIS platforms, Workday user preferred.


o Proficiency in Microsoft 365


o Pasion to provide a best-in-class customer experience


o Solid understanding of Employment Labor Law


o Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results


o Experience in large international organizations preferred.


o Change management experience


o Great stakeholder management skills and proven ability to deliver through others


o Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment


o Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with others to achieve common objectives

Wage - $90,000 - $1 0 0,000 per annum





*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. o Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour un groupe designe de dirigeants sur des questions liees aux employes , y compris , mais sans s'y limiter : le rendement , le harcelement , les problemes de salaire et d'horaire , les conges, les blessures , l'integration , les licenciements , la presence , les enquetes et les mesures disciplinaires .


o Aider a la mise en oeuvre des buts, des objectifs , des politiques et des procedures du departement et de l'entreprise . Gerer le processus de gestion du rendement a l'echelle de l'entreprise , y compris les plans d'amelioration du rendement et les mesures correctives. Collaborer avec People Business Partners pour la mise en oeuvre de la strategie People.


o Mener des enquetes aupres des employes : recueillir les declarations des temoins , faire des recommandations concernant les prochaines etapes.


o Participer aux programmes de formation sur l'intimidation et le perfectionnement des dirigeants et des employes a l'echelle de l'entreprise .


o Deplacements occasionnels pour visiter des sites supplementaires , le cas echeant , afin de mener des formations, des sondages, des activites d'engagement , etc.


o Assurer le respect des diverses lois federales et provinciales en matiere de salaires et d'horaires , de signalisation , d'affichage , etc.


o Effectuer des taches et des fonctions de nature et de portee strategiques , selon les besoins .

Qualifications





o 5 ans d'experience en tant que generaliste en RH ou dans un role similaire dans un secteur connexe ; experience multisites preferee .


o Bilingue - francais et anglais requis


o Experience averee dans la conduite de la mise en oeuvre de projets


o Experience avancee dans les plateformes SIRH, utilisateur Workday prefere .


o Maitrise de Microsoft 365


o La passion d'offrir une experience client de premier ordre


o Solide comprehension du droit du travail


o Approche de travail structuree et axee sur l'obtention de resultats


o Experience dans de grandes organisations internationales preferee .
