About the role:
We\'re looking for a phenomenal People Operations (HR) Generalist to play a key role in supporting our team\'s day-to-day operations, and making sure our people are truly proud of where they work. As an early hire on our People Ops team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work across multiple teams to ensure excellent employee experiences and operational efficiency. You\'ll champion culture, own recruitment, and will be a big part of developing and executing our People Ops policies and programs. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you\'ll help facilitate a high-touch, people-first, high-performance culture.
