Hourly Rate
is $22.00/hour
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Participate in and support various HR projects.
Assist with administrative and analytical work as we move through integration.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and day-to-day operations, including preparation of documents, forms, employment letters, onboarding and offboarding actions, and other employee change related processes
Explore and help implement AI into our processes.
Perform other related administrative duties to support the broader People & Culture team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and Strong Analytical Skills
Proficient in using various technologies and tools, and interested in AI
Comfortable working with data and learning new HR systems (e.g., HRIS)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset and Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
