About the Role



As a

People Experience Coordinator

, you'll play a key role in shaping our team of amazing caregivers. Your work ensures we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time--so we can deliver our promise of Happier Aging to every client.

This is a

Part-time position

based in

Richmond, BC,

reporting directly to the Franchise Partner and working closely with the Care team: Care Designers, Client Care Ambassadors, and our Care Services Center.

You will work 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday every week. The contract is for 3 months, with potential to convert to a full time position with 40 hours per week at the end of the contract depending on the performance.

What You'll Do



Recruitment & Hiring



You hire weekly to ensure we can always say yes to our clients and community. Post and manage job ads across platforms and community channels. Manage all the administrative tasks of hiring, including screening resumes, doing interviews, communicating decisions, requesting and validating legal documents. Build strong caregiver pipelines through referrals, schools, and local partnerships. Partner with our team to match caregivers with clients for the perfect fit.*
Ensure staffing levels stay healthy to avoid visit cancellations.

Onboarding & Training



Lead engaging Discovery Daysessions for new hires. Support caregivers in using Nurse Next Door systems confidently. Implement new people programs and track adoption.

Engagement & Retention



Champion Bold Living Wages and Caregiving as a Career through Caregiver engagement initiatives, growth, and career pathing. Act on caregiver feedback to continuously improve their experience. Recognize and celebrate team milestones and contributions.

End of Employment



Manage exit processes with care and professionalism. Keep employee files and systems updated.

Scheduling



Schedule open shifts two weeks out. Schedule any shifts that open up due to newer clients or last minute cancellations. Coordinate with the Care Services Centre

Marketing



Help Support Franchise Partner with local marketing efforts as required.

On call as required from Mondays to Fridays evenings



Compensated separately for any on call hours attended

Success Looks Like



Caregiver and Client NPS scores of 10. Zero missed visits due to staffing shortages. A thriving, engaged, and growing caregiver team.

What We're Looking For



1+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, or people leadership. Valid Driver's license and proximity to Richmond, BC. A proven ability to recruit A-Playersin fast-paced, high-volume environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Tech-savvy with G-Suite (Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail). Bonus: fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese Must pass a background check with a Vulnerable Sector Search. Healthcare experience is an asset.
