Our People Engagement Partner will drive all the change management, project and change internal communications, and engagement initiatives associated with the current People transformation projects and ongoing strategic initiatives within the People team.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

What you\'ll be doing

  • People Engagement
  • Projects as assigned by Manager, People Business Partner or Senior Director, People and DEIB
  • Lead the program management efforts for employee engagement, pivotal in executing initiatives such as VOE (Voice of the Employee) and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging).
  • Partner with the People team to support the adoption of programs by coordinating communications, pre and post-work, reporting, etc.
  • Support critical processes to manage the Company Tettra page, including calendar planning, content authoring, editing, publishing, and archiving.
  • Track and report on meaningful metrics regarding engagement to assist channel development
  • Support L&D with event and content planning for StackHuddle meetings and other company gatherings.
  • Plan and facilitate Internal Engagement activities for employees that foster understanding and support for the Company\'s principles of DEIB.
  • Developed, implemented, and analyzed internal employee surveys and other measurement tools to effectively address the Company\'s communications and engagement needs.
  • Manage external vendor relationships.
  • People Communication & Change Management
  • Research, write, edit, and measure the impact of all internal People (HR) communications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal people (HR) communication strategies, across hybrid and virtual scenarios, to effectively disseminate information and foster employee engagement. - such as StackAdapt all-hands meetings and Director + meetings, enabling seamless and effective communication across our team.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate objectives, values, and brand identity.
  • Act as an advisor to the People leadership team, offering guidance in developing key messages and strategic approaches to internal communications.
What you bring to the table:
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement roles.
  • Industry-specific knowledge is preferred but not required.
