You will support the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll collaborate closely with People and Culture and business leaders, use modern tools and technology, and help maintain a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities and fit, and extending and negotiating offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates. Draft and post engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms. Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest. Coordinate interviews for hiring managers and panels. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely follow-ups. Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute ideas for efficiency. Participate in networking activities or virtual events to connect with potential talent. Actively promote Purpose as a great place to work!

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on growth-oriented companies, high volume, scalability, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Proven hands-on experience with various interview formats and sourcing techniques, emphasizing data-driven and evidence-based practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in technical recruitment for critical areas such as Technology, Sales, and Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to understand, explain, and source for technical roles. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment-focused AI, and other relevant tools. Experience in structuring and managing people analytics and recruitment metrics and utilizing related technology. Knowledge of talent acquisition practices and recruitment-related employment legislation.
