The opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Manager for our People Consulting practice in the HR M&A Transactions team. This team services clients with a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across the M&A transaction life cycle, for both buy and sell side M&A deals. We cover a wide range of HR operational aspects, including HR divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, HR due diligence, HR Day 1 readiness, 100-Day planning, integration process support, operating model and organizational design.
