SITE ATTENDANT - PETAWAWA
Location: Pembroke, Ontario
Position Type: Full-time - Permanent
Reporting: Route Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 8:00am to 12:00pm

Responsibilities:
In the position of Site Attendant your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Document all authorized entrants to the BWDS (Bulk Waste Disposal Site)
- Assist and guide authorized personnel to where each waste stream will be dumped
- Monitor authorized personnel\xe2\x80\x99s material being disposed of for unacceptable/mixed materials
- Operate snow blower/shovel to clear snow in designated areas as required
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the BWDS and office areas
- Demonstrate excellent customer services
- Meet or exceed performance expectations through proven results
- Comply with all Miller Waste System and Provincial health and safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Valid G-Class licence
- Clean drivers abstract and CVOR
- Able to work Saturdays when required
- Must be a team player with the ability to work safely around heavy equipment
- Good understanding of hand and spotting signals
- Ability to work outdoors, in all elements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and able to obtain security clearance
