The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in women's and men's pelvic health, with experience or a willingness to advance in treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pre- and post-natal care, prolapse management, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Duties
Assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions in women and men.
Develop individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Educate patients on pelvic health, posture, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation in EMR.
Participate in team meetings and continuing education initiatives.
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
Completion of Pelvic Health (Level 1 & above) courses.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
New graduates with pelvic floor training are welcome to apply.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional certifications in related areas are an asset but not mandatory.
