Job Description
Lead end-to-end QA activities for Pega applications across releases Define QA strategy, test approach, and quality metrics for Pega projects Review requirements, user stories, and design documents for testability Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and enterprise QA standards Mentor and manage QA team members (onshore/offshore) Strong hands-on experience with
Pega Platform (PRPC)
testing Deep understanding of Pega architecture and rule types Experience infunctional, integration, and regression testing
Experience leading QA teams and managing deliverables Strong knowledge ofSDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
