In an agile development environment, you will collaborate with analysts to document and capture software requirements through epics, features, user stories, process models, and use cases
Collaborate with team members at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in the customization and development of our client\xe2\x80\x99s management systems
Review existing documentation to understand system functionality and use that information to implement functionality in the modernized case management system
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements
Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in software, software development methodologies, lifecycle management, modeling, and simulation
Implement best practices in PEGA design/coding
Required qualifications to be successful in this role Excellent communication skills are essential to this role!
Must Have Experience
4+ years of experience, delivering Pega enhancements (Pega 8.X is preferable)
Experience building REST API\xe2\x80\x99s on Pega platform
Experience in Azure implementation on cloud and Azure CI/CD pipeline
Experience working with INFRA teams to resolve issues during the upgrade and migration projects
Practical knowledge of the following:
Agents
File listeners
Rule Versioning, Rule Set
Designer Studio
Executing / run DB Tracer and Clipboard
Working knowledge of Access Group, Class Group, Access Roles, Privileges, setting up SLA, Worklist, Workbasket, Change in Access roles
Working knowledge of Activities, Flows (Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub flows & integration to Flow), UIs rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, Correspondence, Rule Inspector, properties types, validation rules
