MyBaby Craniosacral is expanding its services and is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role will involve providing expert physiotherapy services combined with Craniosacral Therapy to infants and children in our clinic. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the well-being of young clients and their families.

We offer in-home treatments that provide relief for common infant challenges such as painful latch, tongue-ties, digestive issues, and colic symptoms. Our mission is to support the holistic health and well-being of infants and their families.
Core Responsibilities
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of infants and children to identify musculoskeletal, developmental, and neurological needs.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals.
Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and developmental play.
Educating parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, developmental milestones, and strategies to support their child's progress.
Maintaining detailed and accurate client records, including assessment findings, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Staying current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy through ongoing professional development.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you have:
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as a Pediatric Physiotherapist with infants and children.
A valid license to practice Physiotherapy in Ontario.
Reflex Integration (helping babies meet developmental milestones).
CST.
Proven experience in assessing and treating common pediatric conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
A compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to client care.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
An entrepreneurial attitude, demonstrating punctuality, efficiency, and a willingness to grow within the role.
Essential Functions
Ability to perform physical assessments and treatments on infants and children, which may involve kneeling, bending, and lifting.
Manual dexterity for hands-on therapy.
