Foundation Health is looking for a Registered Pediatric Dietician to join our clinic. As a Registered Pediatric Dietician with our team, you will:

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for children and adolescents, considering medical history, growth charts, dietary intake, and laboratory data. Develop individualized nutrition care plans that promote healthy growth, development, and disease management. Provide counseling and education to children, parents, and caregivers on healthy eating habits, food allergies, picky eating, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and other pediatric conditions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed based on clinical follow-up and outcomes. Develop educational materials and resources to support family and community nutrition initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with professional, legal, and clinic standards. Stay current with pediatric nutrition research, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
+ Registered Dietitian (RD) with the

College of Dietitians of Ontario

(or eligibility for registration).
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pediatric clients preferred.
+ Knowledge of pediatric growth and development, medical nutrition therapy, and food service standards.
+ Excellent communication, teaching, and counseling skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills in technology and experience with various EMR's and Microsoft Teams
