PC Optimum Technical Lead, Toronto, ON




Are you ready to lead and make a meaningful impact? In this role as the PC Optimum Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas into seamless technical solutions. This position emphasizes collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and effective communication to bridge teams and drive successful outcomes. What You'll Do:



Technical Solution Design: Develop scalable, efficient technical solutions for new business requirements in alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between teams to drive effective communication, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions. Delivery Pipeline Support: Proactively identify and resolve blockers in the delivery pipeline to maintain seamless development workflows. Support and resolve production and testing environment issues. Discoveries: Evaluate incoming requests/intakes by performing high-level analysis and effort estimation for prioritization purposes. Architectural & Process Support: Collaborate with architects and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) by providing input on system mappings and other technical documentation where required.

What you Bring:



7+ years of technology experience in designing, driving and implementing solutions with a set of tried & tested best practices ideally in Retail, Loyalty, CPG, or Telecommunications Technical Expert - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts along with hands-on experience in software development/engineering processes/tools relevant to the domain they will be leading. In loyalty is an asset. Technical knowledge required: GCP, SQL, any ETL expertise, Middleware /Realtime APIs Leadership & Team Management - Ability to inspire confidence among team members by providing clear direction, setting expectations while fostering collaboration & innovation amongst team members Communication & Collaboration - Excellent verbal/written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities for building relationships at all levels Strong ability to handle contending priorities and work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment while maintaining the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the team and within the organization Reliable, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
