About the Role:
You\'ve always loved it, now be part of it! Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll, Time and Attendance Administrator will support Production and the HR Team in all time and attendance management matters, including but not limited to hourly and salary timecard approvals, employee policy management, and reporting and analysis of key metrics.
You\'ll work closely with the HR team, line managers, and payroll; communicate with employees for general Timecard inquiries; participate in Internal and External Audits; provide training on EZLabour as needed to new Managers; and manage personnel records and documentation using the online filing system PeopleDoc.
This position is a 1-year contract and requires a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office at our Brantford Manufacturing Centre.
