We are in search of a Payroll Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. This role will supervise a Payroll Specialist and be hands-on on processing Canadian employees payroll (all salaried, roughly 150).
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Process payroll for both salaried and hourly employees while maintaining high accuracy.

• Handle commission-based payroll, calculating minimum pay if commission falls below the set threshold.

• Manage special payroll cases such as bonuses, incentives, and status holiday payrolls.

• Conduct payroll reconciliations and rectify any discrepancies.

• Prepare and process year-end documents like T4, ROE, TT2200, and benefits invoices.

• Use ADP software for payroll processing and reporting.

• Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist who handles hourly payroll.

• Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees.

• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now software
• Extensive experience with Canadian Payroll
• Proficient in ADP - Payroll software
• Experience with Full Cycle Payroll
• Knowledge of handling commissions
