Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their fast growing organization. This is a full-time/permanent position offering a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems while training timekeepers across the organization
-Oversee processing of payroll changes of new hires, terminations, raises and system upgrades
-Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
-Coach payroll specialists and timekeepers across the organization
-Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
-Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
-Maintain accurate records and prepare adhoc reports
-Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
-Manage administration of new hires and departures in benefits program
-Ensure correct benefit premium deductions occur within payroll system
-Develop systems to process payroll account transactions
Requirements
Qualifications:
-University/College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources or related field
-PCP designation is required
-3+ years experience in payroll
-Experience with Management
-Experience in various payroll software such as ADP Workforce & Ceridian
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Great attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
