Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Montreal (work remotely 4 days + 1 day in office)
Salary: Up to $80K per year (based on experience)
Our client in the environmental industry is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their elite team! You will be part of a global team that comes together and helps support the well-being of our climate and surroundings for a better tomorrow.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll Specialist will manage the North American and European payroll, contributing to the success of the organization.

Main responsibilities:
- Process Canadian and American payroll
- Maintain payroll for European division
- Ensure the accuracy of employee payroll data
- Oversee and maintain employee files, group insurance, bonuses and commissions
- Ensure the accuracy of government remittances
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional teams
Ideal profile:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in processing Quebec payroll
- Relevant payroll certification, an asset
- English bilingual
- Knowledge of Ceridian
- Efficient communicator and solid organizational skills
