Payroll Specialist
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients.
What You'll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in-person.
Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in preparing and updating client records and documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and logistics processes.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (logistics industry experience is an asset but not required).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
