Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

  • Works closely and in conjunction with the Regional Payroll Manager, Human Resources and the Scheduling Office to carry out functions to ensure that accurate and timely payroll information is processed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Completion of post-secondary education in office administration through a business school or college (combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Completion of the Canadian Payroll Management Program an asset
  • Minimum three (3) years\' experience working in a computerized payroll environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
  • Accurate word processing at 40 words per minute (typing test will be required)
