Complete weekly payroll and generate various reports using the data
Develop and use moderately complex spreadsheets to maintain records
Prepare and track expense reports for the business team
Monitor office supplies and order as needed; ensure office equipment is maintained and in good working order
Create and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Perform front-line Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Duties
Assist the Plant Manager and the Business Team with administrative requests
Ensure office and conference room is tidy and presentable for visitors
Perform other duties as necessary
What do I need to be successful?

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
General Accounting knowledge and reconciliation skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
Capable to work independently and in a team setting
Experience:
2+ years' experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar role.
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform responsibilities of position
Can show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience with expense reporting, Payroll, AP and AR.
Education

High School diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in related field preferred.
