We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll and HR Administration Manager to join our Westbank Team. Reporting to, and working very closely with, the VP, Human Resources this critical role will be solely responsible to administer all payroll requirements for over 200 staff employed across Canada and in multiple states in the US.
Responsibilities
Process and administer semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in both Canada and the US, across multiple industries
Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records including population of employment agreement and amendments as instructed.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage administrative enrollment and termination of employees for benefits plans, and GRSP.
Analyze metrics for things such as vacation liability, severance calculations, sick/PEL usage etc. to identify trends and improve processes.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Requirements
Canadian Payroll Association designation or similar with a minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Push Operations.
Strong knowledge of Employment Standards.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
