We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator.

Our client is a leader in their industry and are committed to providing a supportive and efficient work environment for their employees. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits functions.

Payroll and Benefits Administrator responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll across company in a timely fashion, for all hourly and salaried employees
  • Generate reports to ensure accuracy and correct reconciliation
  • Ensure company is operating in compliance with current government guidelines
  • Manage union deductions and remittances for relevant employees
  • Create and track ROE\xe2\x80\x99s and other forms
  • Assist with payroll processing and data entry tasks as needed
The successful candidate has:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft 365
  • Advanced proficiency with Dayforce software is an asset
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive benefits package
