The Opportunity
Join the District of Sechelt and play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring accurate, timely payroll services that keep our operations running smoothly. As the Payroll and Administrative Coordinator, you will manage payroll processes, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to enhance efficiency across departments. Acting as a key liaison between employees, management, and external partners, you will ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and process payroll in compliance with employment standards, collective agreements, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Provide administrative support to improve efficiency across multiple departments.
Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external partners.
Prepare reports and validate transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
