Payroll Administrator is responsible for Processing accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role maintains payroll records, responds to employee inquiries and collaborate with Finance and HR Teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing year-end employee tax slips or forms, and submitting government filings to meet deadlines
Maintaining confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits and payroll services are delivered
Monitoring and analyzing expenses against the payroll budget to help prepare cost forecasts and budgets
Ensuring databases are set up and reflect the current employee base, including salaries, hourly wages, benefits, and pension percentages
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Accurately Process Bi weekly payroll in compliance with provincial regulations using HRIS System.
Administer deductions, benefits and adjustments related to payroll.
Prepare Payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare, verify and process all employee payroll related payments, including regular pay, benefit payments, and special payments such as bonuses and vacation pay.
Verify timesheets for Temp workers, Scheduling Temp workforce and gathering payroll data.
Work Closely with HR to ensure that employee data is accurate and up to date.

Job Specifications
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Towards PCP Certification.
Experience with Payroll software specifically ADP WFN is required.
Familiarity with Labor laws and Tax regulations.
