Job Description


:We are offering a contract for a Payroll Administrator role in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role is primarily onsite and involves handling payroll and benefits for a diverse workforce spread across multiple international locations.Responsibilities:

  • Administer Canadian payroll and assist with international payroll operations
  • Oversee the benefits program, including enrollments, and serve as the point of contact for Blue Cross
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Manage payroll for both salary and hourly employees
  • Handle HR-related tasks such as hiring, terminations, and issuing Records of Employment (ROEs)
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of semi-monthly payroll
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Excel at an intermediate level
  • Work collaboratively with team members and maintain open lines of communication
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of payroll administration
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of Ceridian
  • Ability to use Crystal Reports
  • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Understanding of About Time
  • Proficiency in Accounting Functions
  • Auditing skills
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions
