An award winning Canadian organization with a footprint from coast-to-coast is seeking a high-calibre Payroll Analyst with a passion for excellence. Our client is hiring Payroll Analysts with 5+ years\' experience who can join a fast-paced, high-growth team with a seamless transition. These contract opportunities are located downtown Toronto and are working hybrid 3-days per week and 2 remotely. The Payroll Analyst will have experience with multi-provincial payroll, specifically Quebec and be very savvy with ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or Workday. Previous experience with high-volume payroll processing in an automated and large organization is preferred. As well, the Payroll Analyst will present their findings at weekly team meetings, Professional English verbal and written is required for the presentations.

Collaborative and problem-solving Payroll Analysts will thrive here, as you are working with a large team, various departments, and communicating with vendors. Using pivot tables and lookup MS Excel, the payroll analyst with assist the organization as they adopt new technology features to become more efficient. Previous experience leading or being a part of a software implementation would be beneficial to ensure success of this contract opportunity. These Payroll Analyst contract opportunities are 3 months in duration, with potential for extension. Enrollment or completion of the National Payroll Institute PCP program is required for this outstanding contract opportunity.
