Job Description

• Handle salary adjustments, payroll reconciliations, and year-end filings (T4, T4A, T5, EHT, WSIB, CNSST, WCB AB)
• Administer employee benefits and RRSP enrollments; process benefit billings
• Maintain payroll and timekeeping systems in compliance with regulations
• Respond to CRA, Service Canada, WSIB, and other agency inquiries
• Address employee questions on pay, benefits, and company policies

Administration

• Support executives with document preparation and confidential correspondence
• Maintain employee files and administer vacation and leave tracking
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including ROEs
• Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interviews
• Oversee office supply inventory, mail distribution, and call routing
• Organize internal communications and company events

3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll legislation
Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
