Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, and maintaining payroll records. This role requires proficiency in payroll software and strong analytical skills to support various accounting functions.
Responsibilities
• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate employee records, including hours worked, and deductions.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll metrics and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding of new employees into the payroll system.
• Assist with audits related to payroll processes and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role in accounting or finance.
• Active and working knowledge of Jane.app is essential.
• Proficiency in payroll software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
