About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Assistant to join our resort team. This position supports payroll, HR, bookkeeping, and front desk operations. If you enjoy variety in your workday and thrive in a people-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding
Train staff on resort applications and software
Complete part-time bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Provide reception coverage: answering calls, greeting guests, handling inquiries
Support general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in payroll processing (required)
HR and/or bookkeeping experience an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and in a team
Work Schedule
Full-time
Flexibility required during busy periods
Occasional extended hours during payroll processing
