Job #4490 - Are you an experienced payroll administrator looking for an established company where you can be the \'go to\' payroll and benefits expert? Reporting to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities include:
Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 120 employees
Manage the input, calculation and collection of all necessary payroll data, including timecards, vacation and other leave requests
Prepare and remit WSIB, RRSP & group insurance premiums
Ensure all personnel files and employment data are kept up to date
Create monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to support HR & accounting
Manage company benefits program.
Help employees make the most of their benefits.
Process employee queries and respond or refer in a timely manner.

Formal post-secondary education in business or accounting
At least 3 years of Ontario payroll experience
Excellent English communication skills, written & verbal
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Definite Assets:
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is an asset
Experience with Kronos (UKG) software
Bilingual in French and English
Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:
