We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.
The Payroll Administrator will ensure timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees. Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports. Administer the group benefit plan and RRSP/Savings plan. Prepare and reconcile third party remittances. Track vacation and sick leave entitlements. Issue Records of Employment. Prepare T4's and file annual summary. File WCB annual report. Work in conjunction with the external auditors in the completion of the annual audit.
Position is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm in Lacombe.
Requirements:
- Canadian Payroll Certification (related experience may be considered)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting software and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll data effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an asset
