Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires proficiency in various payroll and accounting software, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. The Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in supporting human resources functions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities



Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar HRIS platforms Manage data entry related to employee hours, wages, deductions, and benefits Reconcile accounts related to payroll transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting software like QuickBooks or equivalent systems Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed Prepare reports on payroll data for management review and audit purposes Collaborate with HR to ensure proper documentation of employee information and changes Support account reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Skills



Proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks or comparable tools Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing procedures Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of human resources practices related to payroll administration Ability to perform account reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks effectively Analytical skills to interpret payroll data and generate reports Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments

Pay: $68,070.52-$70,900.51 per year
