What you will be doing:



Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for our Moncton operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our team Verify and distribute monthly fee calculations, supporting financial operations across Accor properties Drive financial accuracy through monthly journal entries and reconciliations that support executive decision-making Collaborate on purchasing and accounts payable processes, gaining exposure to vendor management and procurement workflows


Qualifications

Your experience, skills and location include:



Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada Must be able to work on-site at our Centre in Moncton Fluency in English is required, fluency in French is an asset Post-secondary education in Payroll and/or Accounting, completed diploma or degree preferred Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation preferred Demonstrate advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with experience in complex data analysis Experience with Dayforce Payroll System considered a significant asset Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to work confidentially and maintain strict data integrity Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, provinces, countries and time zones
