Job Description


Alteo is looking for a Payment Services Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Your main role will be to manage the company\'s activities in Montreal. You will translate contractual commitments into objectives that are translated into human and organizational resources. You will define the investment and operating budget, as well as the human resources required for the smooth running of the business, while ensuring optimization of resources and compliance with SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business unit objectives into human resources.
  • Translate the strategic objectives of Payments services at entity level into objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, provide solutions and corrective action in the event of deviations, manage escalations.
  • Define department sizing in line with business unit objectives.
  • Supervise, in collaboration with HR, the skill levels of departments and define succession plans.
  • Monitor departmental achievements and objectives by defining KPIS representative of each activity.
  • Monitor budget execution against targets
  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers and partners
  • Break down business unit objectives into sub-objectives for each department
  • Define departmental budgets in line with strategic orientations
  • Define department dimensions in line with business unit objectives
  • Define KPI\'s representative of each department and ensure their follow-up
  • Implement operational strategy and provide clear direction to teams
  • Determine priorities for action/Arbitrage, in line with stakeholders, while assessing the commercial and financial impact of decision-making
  • Guarantee operational maintenance of production and service quality
  • Ensure the completeness of operational processes
  • Ensure the application of processes, while guaranteeing team buy-in
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to our customers in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Ensure that services delivered meet SLAs and quality requirements

  • Guarantee the provision of periodic reports and dashboards to monitor SOC activities
  • Guarantee the analysis and investigation of alerts raised by the SOC
  • Guarantee the preparation of proposals and responses to security incidents, in coordination with the entities concerned.
  • Ensure that processes and systems comply with security standards, with the aim of controlling risks.
  • Ensure the implementation of standard compliance controls
  • Ensure the distribution of documents, procedures and tools related to compliance with standard norms.
  • Ensure that procedures for monitoring and controlling compliance are drawn up.

Profile:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT or equivalent

Votre r\xc3\xb4le principal sera d\'assurer le pilotage des activit\xc3\xa9s de la compagnie sur Montr\xc3\xa9al. Vous traduirez les engagements contractuels sous forme d\'objectifs qui se d\xc3\xa9clinent sous forme de moyens humains et organisationnels. Vous d\xc3\xa9finirez le budget d\'investissement et de fonctionnement ainsi que les ressources humaines n\xc3\xa9cessaires au bon fonctionnement de l\'activit\xc3\xa9, et ce en assurant l\'optimisation des ressources et le respect des SLAs.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
  • Traduire les objectives de l\'unit\xc3\xa9 d\'affaires en moyens humains
  • D\xc3\xa9cliner les objectifs strat\xc3\xa9giques de Payments services au niveau de son entit\xc3\xa9 en objectifs et KPI, suivre la performance, apporter des solutions et des correctifs en cas de d\xc3\xa9rives, g\xc3\xa9rer les escalades
  • D\xc3\xa9finir les dimensionnements des d\xc3\xa9partements en concordance avec les objectives de l\'unit\xc3\xa9 d\'affaires
  • Superviser en collaboration avec les RH le niveau de comp\xc3\xa9tence des d\xc3\xa9partements ainsi la d\xc3\xa9finition du plan de succession
  • Assurer le suivi des r\xc3\xa9alisations des d\xc3\xa9partements et de leurs objectifs en d\xc3\xa9finissant les KPIS repr\xc3\xa9sentatives de chaque activit\xc3\xa9
  • Suivre l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution du budget en fonction des objectifs
  • Batir et maintenir des relations de proximit\xc3\xa9 avec les clients et les partenaires
  • D\xc3\xa9cliner les objectives de unit\xc3\xa9 d\'affaires en sous objectifs par d\xc3\xa9partement
  • D\xc3\xa9finir le budget de sa direction en fonction des orientations strat\xc3\xa9giques
  • D\xc3\xa9finir les dimensions des d\xc3\xa9partements en concordance avec les objectives de l\'unit\xc3\xa9 d\'affaires
  • D\xc3\xa9finir les KPI\'s repr\xc3\xa9sentatives de chaque d\xc3\xa9partement et assurer leur suivi
  • Mettre en oeuvre la strat\xc3\xa9gie op\xc3\xa9rationnelle et fournir une orientation claire aux \xc3\xa9quipes
  • D\xc3\xa9terminer les priorit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99action/Arbitrage, en concordance avec les parties prenantes, tout en \xc3\xa9valuant l\xe2\x80\x99impact commercial et financier d\xe2\x80\x99une prise de d\xc3\xa9cision
  • Garantir le maintien en condition op\xc3\xa9rationnelle de production et la qualit\xc3\xa9 des services
