Position: Paymaster
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $80K to $90K

Our client is seeking a Paymaster with HR experience to join their team located in Saint-Laurent.

Job Requirements:
- DEC, DEP or certificate in accounting, PCP is an asset
- HR experience required, recruitment
- 4 years of experience in payroll
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
:
- Process Canadian payroll for 200 employees
- Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
- Be responsible for some recruitment (ad posting and interviewing)
- Follow up on group insurance
- Handle benefits administration
- Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
- Update employee files
- Ensure procedures comply with legislation
- Prepare governmental reports
- Calculate and update employee vacation files
- Complete month-end and year-end procedures (T4, R1, etc.)
