Your role with us:

The Payables Accountant is responsible to perform full-cycle accounts payable processes, accurately entering invoices, and processing and monitoring payments and expenditures in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. The Payables Accountant will provide general reception and administrative duties, maintaining a high level of customer service.

You will bring to the role:

Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role, or a combination of accounting and payables experience. Knowledge of AP processes, month-end close, and reporting. Experience working with a visa/credit card program. Experience using an ERP system preferably Syteline Infor, and strong skills in Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication, customer service and teambuilding skills.
