Paving/construction Crew Member – Labourer & Equipment Operator

Job Description
We're looking for a
reliable, experienced, and hands-on Construction Crew Member
who's comfortable working across a variety of services includingpaving, roofing, snow removal, landscaping, and general construction
. This is a role for someone who canjump on a skid steer or mini-excavator one day, and hold a rake, shovel, or paintbrush the next
-- someone who takes pride in doing what needs to get done and doing it well.This role sometimes requires travel across Ontario.
You must be comfortable beingon the road for periods
(days or weeks at a time) and living inaccommodations provided by the company
while working on remote or out-of-town job sites.The right candidate:
Has experience operating equipment (skid steers, loaders, small excavators, etc.) Isn't afraid of hard work or getting their hands dirty Can adapt quickly to changing tasks and job sites Understands construction site safety and team coordination Is willing to work in all seasons and conditions (snow, sun, rain) Comfortable with travel and living on-site while away from home
Bonus if you have experience in:
Asphalt and paving support Roofing tear-offs or repairs Snow plow or salter operation Landscape installs and maintenance Light carpentry, painting, or handyman work
