TO Live is seeking an experienced and service-driven Patron Services Manager to join the Patron & Event Services team on a full-time contract basis. This position is based at the Meridian Arts Centre, where the Patron Services Manager is responsible for leading Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring best-in-class experiences at every touchpoint.
This role oversees the part-time FOH and food & beverage teams and acts as the primary liaison for client-related FOH information, this role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth communication and coordination between internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
This position reports to the Director of Patron & Event Services and/or their designate. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Client Coordination
Attend site tours, pre-production, and planning meetings.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm Front of House (FOH) event requirements.
Prepare and distribute show reports, schedules, and event documentation.
Input and maintain event details in Momentus (Event Business Management Software).
Track patron service costs and complete post-event billing.
Staff Leadership & Scheduling
Recruit, train, and supervise part-time theatre, concession, merchandise, and event staff.
Lead and support unionized and external staff teams.
Approve timesheets and ensure adherence to labour agreements.
Promote a professional, guest-focused team environment.
Front of House & Concessions Operations
Ensure FOH setups and client requirements are in place for every event.
Oversee concession operations, including cleanliness and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with merchandise reps for setup and sales during events.
Manage inventory and report any discrepancies.
Conduct monthly cash and coin counts.

Extreme noise during some performances and events.

Lack of natural light in workplace.
Ability to move quickly for long periods of time.
Variable hours of work depending on event schedules including late nights.
Travel between TO Live venues as required.
