What We're Looking For



BreatheSuite is seeking a highly articulate and organized

Patient Enrollment & Program Specialist

to drive enrollment into our virtual pulmonary rehab program. The ideal candidate will have a

clinical or healthcare background

that enables them to confidently explain the value and process of pulmonary rehabilitation to new referrals.



Key Responsibilities:


Pulmonary Rehab Education & Enrollment:

Serve as the primary contact for newly referred patients, providing in-depth, clear explanations of our virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program, answering questions, and confidently guiding them through the enrollment process.

Patient Engagement & Coordination:

Proactively contact new referrals to discuss the program and coordinate their initial onboarding sessions with our clinical team.

Inquiry Management:

Act as a resource to address patient inquiries about the program structure, logistics, and general benefits of pulmonary rehab, escalating complex clinical questions to the appropriate registered physical therapists.

Administrative & Operational Support:

Perform program coordination tasks as required to enhance the efficiency of the enrollment and onboarding workflow.




Qualifications:


Healthcare Background:

Previous experience or education in a healthcare field (e.g., Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a Physical Therapist Assistant/Aide background) is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of chronic respiratory conditions and rehabilitation principles.

Pulmonary Rehab Knowledge:

Ability to clearly and accurately articulate the benefits, components, and process of pulmonary rehabilitation.

Exceptional Communication:

Proven ability to explain complex health information simply and empathetically, with a focus on building trust and encouraging program enrollment.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing a pipeline of referrals and coordinating schedules.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable working remotely and utilizing patient management software, virtual communication platforms, and the BreatheSuite dashboard. *

Location:

Preference will be given to those in the PST/MST time zone (or those willing to work those hours) to align with our virtual clinics regular hours
